Returns Policy

Blanket plaza returns policy allowed our valued customer to return what you buy from our website (www.blanketplaza.co.za) for any reason. To log a return, you can SMS ‘RETURN’ to 079 690 2070 or whats up ‘RETURN’ to 079 690 2070 or e-mail ‘RETURN’ to info@blanketplaza.co.za , our return team will contact you to assist for returns process.

Blanket plaza would like you to take note before you return any items:

  1. please return your item during 14 days from the day that you received it.
  2. Please provided that it is unused and in its original packaging and that you return any free gifts you may have received with your order.
  3. The return delivery will be at your own cost and is your own responsibility.

Once your items have been received and accepted by our return team, your return process will be completed within 7 working days.

Refunds Policy

All refunds will take approximately 7-10 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account. We will SMS to you as soon as refunds is done by finance department.

Refunds can only be made to the account holder in customer’s name and not to a third party.

A refund is only processed once the item has been delivered to our warehouse and inspected to ensure all items have been returned, including any free gifts that may have been received with the order.
